THE PURPLE TEA


PROCESS


 

1. Grown Organically in the farms of Kenya

2.  The leaves are hand plucked for the Purple Leaves only (2 leaves and a bud)

3.  The leaves are slightly withered

4.  Pan-Fired (Arrest Oxidation, like Green Tea)

5.  Tightly roll the leaves

 

6.  Dry the leaves and pack for shipment

 

 

 

7.  Open up your supply of Purple Tea and steep for 3 minutes at 175° F (1TSP)

Add a drop of Lemon in there to watch the color Purple Intensify!!
